The screw on lids have been a plus for me too......walking with a walker last year and crutches can create problems carrying things. With those bottles I just hold the neck between 2 fingers and it leaves my hands free for the crutches. I even fill the empty ones with my home-made ice tea now.....so everyone thinks Dear Park makes tea now (LOL)!

I couldn't drink it warm though!

Yes, water is suppose to be good for losing weight also. You also eat less because the water makes you full. Jean . . .

Oh...the other things I like about the bottles are the screw-on lids so that I'm not always spilling. I throw them in my purse. Also, it's easy this way to keep track of how much you have had to drink during a day.
