Just a quick update to let you know I personally survived the car crash I was in, and no rest for the wary here. I also had to have a colonoscopy, not because of the accident, but because I had lost 15 pounds in two weeks, so that was done as a precautionary measure. I won't know the results just yet or until next week maybe. I hate waiting. The nurse told me he had a hard time getting in because he thinks I had massive ahdesions down there too !! Let's pray that's not the truth.
