Caffeine!!!! Not good to me...it aggravates bowel,
adhesions, and intestinal problems immensely...stop
the coffee...I used to have a coffee and
cigarette(shame on me) to help with my bowel
movements. I've changed this habit...I know wake up
to an acidophilus pill on an empty stomach. I usually
go within the hour. I was a heavy soda and coffee
drinker. I was asking my husband yesterday...is there
"one" benefit that coffee can give us...just one...we
couldn't think of any...can you? (not counting it
tastes good. it wakes me up, or it keeps me
regular)...ie: one glass of wine clears the blood,
there's a benefit...women with endo have a tendency to
have more food sensitivies. Such as butter, dairy.
fried foods, foods w/additives, red meats, even sugar.
And if you have recently started taking meds they say
symptoms will worsen temporarily. And I researched
the fiber intake for you...it states exactly..."A diet
rich in soy and fiber is very important in managing
endometreosis". So fiber is good for you. Also vit B
w/B6, vit K to avoid blood clots, zinc tablets for
tissue repair and immune system and vit c, top it off
with a multi-vitamin. Are you iron deficient...many
women w/endo are. Check w/doc as iron is bad for the
intestines, but yet needed if there is a deficiency.
Are you on danazol? I hope any of this helps.
