Thanks for your ideas. SInce I have already gone thru menopause, I do not need danazol - or worry about iron (which also can cause constipation FYI) -- and I have to avoid soy because the smallest wee bit of estrogen stimulation aggravates the endo in me. Which believe it or not I have al the way up to my armpit!!!!!! I am lucky though, since my last series of surgeries I have very little pain.

My diet is good, and this problem with the bowel has been extremely consistant for about 5 years, with little variation.

Given that i have such a problem with bowel adhesions, I am probably going to try the low fiber routine, makes sense. As far as dealing with endo with diet -- my only major insight has been to avoid soy products and of course estrogen itself as mich as possible. I do not eat dairy either, but that is because I am allergic to it! I have been since i was born.

THanks for your efforts. This is such a complex situation, I feel blessed to have found this board and hear others ideas. :)
