Thank you Nancy for the warm welcome. My heart goes out to you. Everytime I was in that much pain, I was able to get surgery which helped.

I am your coffee sister LOL. And it mostly works for me.

I have one other thought just to toss in your direction -- and this is just a soft toss, but in the times I had really significant pain and symptoms very much like yours, I had the good luck of finding a chiropractor which did deep muscle work. Not alot of chiropractors do this, maybe some massage geniuses do -- but I found 3 chiropractors at different times that knew deep muscle release. It actually helped me alot. I think muscles got way whacked out and spasmed from the surrounding nerve involvement and all the internal "glue". It helped me alot. Just an FYI.

According to the dr.s i am wall to wall adhesions as well as endo, so this is why i am htinking there is a teeny possibility it might help if you can afford it or it is covered by your insurance. :)

well, now i feel i have contributed to the board in some small way. ANd this morning, my coffee is in your honor LOL.
