Kimmy,
Are these rice packs like bags of rice you use as weights on your abdomen to
stretch adhesions??Because thats what they used to do for my therapy sessions
and they taught me to do this at home increase the weight by week and 30
minutes 2-3 times a day. And thanks for the response to the nerve block it
really doesn't look like it has done a thing for me.But maybe it's too soon
to say.
