Hiya Lin!
I'm sorry that you are suffering from the little bug called sleepless......ya know it IS OK to cry if that's how you feel.  The worst thing you can do when you are in pain is denying your body's natural response to it.  If you need a cry, there is a reason for it, so what!  A few kleenex tissues end up soggy..... BUT you will feel better, because trying to bottle things up can sometimes make the situation feel worse than it needs to be.  So come on grab the tissues & have a good old sob, sob until there is no more .... guess what would happen then?  You will be soooooo exhausted from the sobbing you will drop off to sleep!  A clear mind (free of built up anxiety) is the easiest way to find that illusive fellow called the sand man!

Let it all hang out here my friend, there are enough of us to take a little bit each and before you know it your heart will feel lighter and sleep will come.
