Thank you for what you've pointed out to me, I will take what you have said to heart. I am going to distance myself from my family from now on - and I'm going to wait for them to come to me from now on, I am not going to be the one who instigates the contact anymore, if they can not be bothered ringing, so be it. I've always been the one who has tried to keep the family together, but no more. I've got John and my good friends, that is what I will focus all my attention on. Plus I am going to concentrate on my own welfare, it's time I did so.
One day at a time, one hour at a time. I will get it together - I'm always leaving myself open to hurt and it's time that I learn not to let what others say to heart.
I've got the determination to get it together and I will succeed.
Well, I'm going to lie down - I'm about ready to pass out from my pain! Time to relax me thinks!
