I am so sorry you had such a terrible day. I hope your tears have stopped atleast for a little while. This doctor definitely is the kind we dont like. Is there another one you can see that will act as a go between and maybe educate this Co. doc? Please hang in there and know you will be in my thoughts. Happy Valentine's Day to you too!
