Shawna, I'm sorry, but I have never heard of either one. Maybe, someone will know in the group. Have you been using any type of steroids? When the doctors were giving me steroid injections for my back, I would get cramps in my legs every night but never for 31 hours. Have you tried doing research on the net? I'm sorry I couldn't help but keep us informed.
