Dear Cherryl Pain is hard on a body. it can make you tired, especially if you aren't sleeping well at night. I also suffer from Epstine Barr Syndrom, which is chronic fatigue. It flairs up during times of stress. Having chronic pain is stressful. I find when I have more pain, the more tired I am. I am starting to sleep a little better at night now that I am on the oxygen during sleep, but I am still waking several times a night. The Pulmanary Dr is going to get me tested for sleep apnia soon. But after being tested, we found out my oxygen level drops down to about 83 during sleep. Anything under 90 is low. Your Dr should be able to test for the chronic fatigue. Hope this helps somehow. robin M
