HI,
I had panic attackes also for a few years, and feel blessed that i don't get
them anymore. Try and talk yourself through it, but I would always feel it
comin on,, if you have any warning, go for a walk, or do the dishes,
something to distract yourself ,, it helped me alot. My hub is a
firefighter, and he is my pillar of strength, but he would always say,, just
let yourself pass out, you;ll feel better,, LOL,, not funny, but he would try
and distract me too. Hang in there, try meditation!
