Dear Robyn, I can certainly sympathize with you over the waiting game. I had a laproscope in April, in which my Dr discovered that the adhesions were to massive to do with a scope and seeing how I was in a outpatient hospital, I was sent home. I had to have further testing and found to have a hole in the bowel at the appendix. That was in July, then in August my Dr went on vacation for 3 weeks, my surgery is scheduled for next monday. It's been six months for me. I have used up all my leave time from work, all my FMLA (you know the one that protects us from losing our jobs when sick) and have had to apply for catatrophic leave with my employer, finally approved but of course with no pay. I am going to be off now for 6 weeks with no more pay, and I am at the end of the ole rope here stressing about paying the bills, and Christmas around the corner. So Robyn at least you really don't have to wait that much longer and you will be still getting paid. I envy you, but not your pain, because I totally understand that...I'll keep you in my prayers. Your friend always, Tami
