I just wanted to get you to do some reserach about senna and the complications it can cause in our bowel from long term use. My Gyn did explain it to me, but to be honest I can't remember the details. When I have time [and if I remember I have so much on my plate currently]I will see if I can find the information I want you to be aware of.
They take the dangers of senna so seriously at the Endo/Gyn clinic and the GYN ward at the hospital where I had my last two surgeries it is banned completely for use on the wards!!
I know that if it is used on an irregular basis there is no problem, but long term frequent use encourages problems. Please get clarification about this from your doctor. I am NOT trying to frighten you but make you aware of how important it is to research and understand each and every medication, suppliment etc you use in your daily battle to live with adhesions.
Love & warm gentle hugs, Jo
