Dear Dr. Moore, Dr. Krushkinski at the clinic near Frankfurt, Germany has a new technicque using (for laporscopic) some kind of tenting insturment to lift the abdominal wall, he does not use carbon dioxide to fill the abdominal cavity, and he uses a product called Spray Gel which is not available yet in the US but I think will soon be used in clinical trials. I am scheduled for surgery Jan 30. I would be most appreciative if you would go to Dr. K's web site and then write back to the adhesion board your impression. His web site is http://www.EndoGyn.com. I am doing this because I am desperate beyond words. I have not been able to work for the past few months and I am in constant pain. I take amytriptelene and clonopin to sleep at night and that is the only thing I look forward to. Most nights I pray that I will wake up without pain, or that I will die during my sleep. I am exhausted from the struggle. Please let us know your reaction. Mary Lou Klisch
