I know that everyone has different dietary restrictions but I just
wanted to share a receipe that really helped me alot after not having
any BM for 11 days. A few frozen strawberries, covered in OJ 2 tbs of
Flax Oil - mix in a blender and it's like a sorbet treat. I have used
it every day and it seems to really help things "move along" quite a
