Katherine, I had the same experience as Karen's daughter. I had two adhesions surgeries in the US only to end up in MORE pain and on MORE medication. The trip to Germany was not difficult. They have everything set up to make it as easy as possible. The most difficult thing for me was the flight.....it was long! Take care, Kathy
