Doesn't sound like the typical adhesion problems and pains which are usually abdominal/pelvic. However some people do get pain in their hips and legs "in addition to" abdominal/pelvic pains stemming from the abdominal/pelvic problems if they have ARD. You haven't said that you have abdominal/pelvic pains or problems or had abdominal/pelvic surgery so personally I wouldn't suspect adhesions as the problem.

Have they considered or checked you for RSD or Rheumatoid Arthritis? They both create pains & swelling in the areas you mentioned. I know people who have both and live on medications to relieve the symptoms. Your symptoms sound more "joint related" than adhesion related.

She is right Celebrex is for joint pain and swelling and that is probably why they gave that to you. I had been on it but it didn't help my bone related problems either and gave me rectal bleeding. I also tried Vioxx which didn't help either, just made me very sick. I do know of some people with boner problems who it did help though. JEAN (from PA)
