I agree with All on this. There are people who have gone 2 years with
out adhesion pain. We don't hear anything from them because they are
healed and have started living life again, working and such. I will not
say I am "cured", but It has been over 7 months since my surgery in
Germany. I have never gone this long with out the pain. I would say I
am 99% pain free. At my 2nd look surgery, I was adhesion free. At this
time, I am very confident that I will stay pain free. I had been on 3
very strong pain meds and a strong sleeping pill. I am off all that
now. I have never felt better in my life. I do have some lower back
pain when I cook & clean, but by taking breaks, I can get the job done.
I think it is because I spent so much time in bed & have to get the
muscles strong again. The 2 years before my surgery, I was in bed 98%
of the time. I would have extra pain just getting out of bed to walk
the 10 feet to the bathroom.
