It is only offered in Germany right now. BUT you
should make sure to hear from a lot of people who
have had this done. I researched this, because I was
seriously considering a trip to Germany to have the
gasless surgery with SprayGel done, but after
hearing and reading stories from over 20 people
who have done this, I have decided against it.
It appears to be a 50/50 chance, and the results
are still too new on the other 50 % to see if
they really are adhesion free.
