2nd Dr Gerhart surgery next week--scared

Thank you to all who have responded to me before.
I don't get to use this computer often so wasn't able
to thank earlier. I am very scared.
I don't have as much hope as I did before the 1st
surgery. That was only in May and I feel worse now.
After the first one, he put me on not even a 1/3 of
the pain meds I'm on now. It was a very uncomfortable
hospital stay, I had to beg for pain meds and still
told I have to wait.
Somehow, though, I do still have some faith in him.
This will be my 12th abdominal surgery. My regular
doctor told me after this one, he will help push for
disability. Dr. Gerhart said the 1st surgery was so
horrendous that he isn't surprised I will have some
come back. I leave early Monday am. I will try to
get on the internet in the hotel and let you all
know the outcome. The hotel, I have to say was
extremely hospitable to me. This time, they are
even making an assortment of jello for my surgery
prep. Sorry to vent so much, just very nervous.
