abdominal adhesion treatment

I suffer from on and off partial bowel/ intestinal blockage from adhesions. I just wanted to share what has helped me. when I have symptoms which include severe pain my GI doc does a colonoscopy and spreads everything open again so things can flow freely.

I had them removed at the initial diagnosis only to have the pain return within three months. The stretching of the intestines from the inside out helps for about 1year to 1.5 years and I don't have to worry about additional adhesions from surgery. when this stops working then my doc says i'll have surgery but maybe by then prevention will be more advanced. Has anyone else had any success with simply opening the bowels up with colonoscopies? feel free to comment.
