Flare up again!

Does anyone go a week or so with no pain and then all of a sudden "It's
Back!"?
I had surgery August 05 to remove adhesions, what started out as a day
surgery turned into me being in the for 5 days with major surgery. I
had masses upon masses of adheshions.
All went well until December and it started all over again!
I don't know what to do anymore.........
