Welcome to the forum, Pat. You are right..it's a great group.

Your symptoms sound very different from the way I feel with what is supposedly pain from adhesions. I have noticed many different kinds of descriptions on here of how individuals, who supposedly have adhesions, experience their pain. It leaves me all very confused. Your symptoms match the symptoms I had before I had my gall bladder out. I have no answers...am just confused...how can we all carry the same diagnosis yet have such different sensations?

A follow-up on a post I wrote about a couple weeks ago about a compound of ketamine and neurontin that my pharmacist had suggested to my doctor. It has helped me, I think. Just to be sure...I am going off it for a few days to see if I go downhill. The good help I got from my pharmacist (a long time friend) makes me wonder if we go about getting the pain meds backwards. Maybe we should first cozy up with a pharmacist, get some suggestions, and go with those suggestions to the doc.
