Merri Ellen,

I am so glad the elavil is working for you, sleep does put us in a much beter frame f mind. I had the first restless sleep i have had in about 6 onths, funny things for me are still on a roller coaster ride, at least i have spoke up yesterday, my husband said I am too quiet and do not want to be demanding, and now I suffer the consequences.

I do take laxatives daily merri ellen, and I now think some of this pain now is from them. I think not only the adhesions all over the intestines, but on top of the laxatives for over a yera and a half, I am ruinning them bad. This is why I am considering this surgery before the intergel, I cannot wait, the emotion ride is getting rough, even though counselor at pain center helps, I have those awful thoughts again, and they do scare me, especially the deal with my husband. WHERE the words I do not love you came from last week I do not know. Well try hard to move bowels naturally, I even eat grapes , prune juice, and they say ALOT ALOT ALOT of water, and I hate water! try to stay away from the laxatives if you can.

Love, toni
