I had total abd. Hyst.(Horizontal bikini incision) May 26 due to
fibroids,adhesions(C-section,tubal ligation)1977.I was very fortunate
not to have had problems before then.Always had tugging and pulling but
no real problems.Also took cervix,tubes,ovaries,appendix.Since then I
have had pain on right side.I am afraid adhesions are already involved
in intestines.I still have bowel movements but I feel they get trapped
as they are hard and large when I do have them.My question is Can I have
a Laproscope,not Laparotomy after abd.surgery?I don't really want to
cause more adhesions but sure don;t want it to go if bowels are
involved.I live near Atlanta,Ga. and am sure can find someone who deals
with adhesions.Seems there is lots of experience on this site so any
recommendations will be greatly appreciated.Thanks Susan
