Well Verna I am better but not all healed yet. It still after 3 weeks is very tender around my bellie button and that is where it hurts if I even pick-up a jug of milk. I believe I have injured my self twice and that set me back. Today I went all over with my daughter looking for a room to rent in the city and I controled my pain well. Usually I don't go far and can't wait to get home and lay down. Laying down seems to be the best way of getting out of pain, but not always. To soon to tell if I'll be out of pain completely or maybe a percentage. I went to Dr. Redwine in Bend Oregon because I thought I was suffering from endo. SURPRISE My newest cure for constipation is childrens liquid senekot . I thinkd that is what is doing t. The flax seed I swore by has siezed to work. I really thought that was the answer didn't I ? Thanks for asking, love Jaynie
