Thank you for sharing your experience. It is important for us all to know that there are ways to manage our lives and our pain. When I first joined this list, it appeared that the only solution for us was the possibility of the kind of laparoscopic surgery offered by a few doctors.

Then we discover that that might not be an answer for at least 1/3 of us, maybe more. More surgery is a poor answer. Diet may help a bit . . . but we still need to find ways of daily coping.

Hypnotherapy may be one answer.
