That's exactly the way it works...we're each so different and at different stages with adhesions...added w/ different ailments...of course, you know what your body needs...all we can do is offer ideas...some work for some and not for others. You're stage of endo is not what they consider moderate...sounds like. I merely reference a book I've been utilizing...hoping it "may" be able to benefit someone as it has me. It's purely based upon diseases and the nutrition we lack having those diseases. It's the phobia I have that I caused my prob through stress and years of bad treatment to my stomach. I'm very extremely focused on weight gain and nutrition...so, if I sound like a know it all...or even seem pushy...it is never my intent. I'm glad you noticed the efforts I put in...as I do care about everyone here...and I feel it's all I can provide through e-mail...in person I'd want to simply hug all of you and help take care of everyone who feels alone, or, is in fact alone. I have no kids...it's the natural nuturer each of us women have. To just want to take care of someone. Love you all --- tinky <anonymous@medispecialty.com> wrote: > Thanks for your ideas.
