When you are really backed up, try magnesium citrate. No matter how bad I get, this will liquidate everything in my colon. You buy it at a drug store. It tastes remotely like 7-up, but much worse. Chill it and gag it down as fast as you can. You have to drink the whole bottle. It takes a couple of hours to start working, but when it does, you had better stay near a bathroom for a few hours.

This doesn't solve anything, but it gets you back to square one where you can stay on the high fiber bandwagon. It seems like I have to do this once or twice a month and it is always after I ate meat or cheese. Once in a while I have to slip or I'll go insane. The magnesium citrate gets me out of trouble from the slip ups.

Good Luck!
